“Platform” refers to the Enable system, including the website, dashboard, mobile application, and all related services.
“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Enable platform, including both company admins and Enable'ers (service providers).
“Company” refers to any organization that registers to use the Enable platform.
“Enable'er” refers to individuals offering their services through the platform.
“Content” refers to all text, data, information, or other materials uploaded, displayed, or transmitted on or through the platform.
To use the Enable platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the company you represent.
Agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
Account Creation: You are required to create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You also agree to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
Termination: Enable reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Permitted Use: You may use the platform solely for the purpose of engaging in business activities as allowed by these Terms.
Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from:
Misusing or interfering with the platform in any way.
Impersonating any individual or entity.
Engaging in any unlawful or unauthorized activity.
Accessing or attempting to access non-public areas of the platform or its systems.
Payment Terms: Companies are responsible for paying for services rendered by Enable'ers through the platform. All payments are processed via the Enable system.
Platform Fees: Enable charges a fee for transactions completed through the platform. The specific fees are outlined during the onboarding process.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to Enable’s discretion and will only be issued under certain circumstances, such as non-performance by the Enable'er.
Ownership: Enable owns all intellectual property rights related to the platform and its services. This includes, but is not limited to, all software, logos, trademarks, designs, and other materials.
License: Enable grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform solely in accordance with these Terms.
User Content: By submitting content on the platform, you grant Enable a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, modify, and display your content in connection with providing services on the platform.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during the course of using the platform. This includes business strategies, financial information, and other sensitive data.
Limitation of Liability: Enable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services through the platform.
No Warranty: The platform is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Enable does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Informal Resolution: Before seeking formal legal remedies, parties must first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting Enable’s support team.
Suspension of Access: Enable may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate by Enable.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will be immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of the platform.
Enable reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
